Community Guidelines

Chinglish? celebrates the funny, awkward gap between languages. To keep it welcoming and useful, please follow these guidelines when submitting.

Do

  • Submit real examples you have seen or heard.
  • Include the Chinese meaning so others can learn.
  • Add a short explanation of why it is (or isn't) natural.
  • Be kind — the goal is to learn, not to mock people.

Don't

  • No hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
  • No spam, advertising, or repeated submissions.
  • No explicit or offensive material.

Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may edit for clarity or reject content that breaks these guidelines.
